The hop is stocked in the green hop bin before being dried in the kiln
Hop freshly out of the kiln
The hop is then piled up in a conditioning area for 24h before being baled, to homogenize humidity and leave the hop breathe
The hop is pressed into big bales. We only bale to 110kg to ensure the hops isn’t compressed too much and ensure quality.
